Rev Dr Marcia aka Ama
I am a minister, author, and servant of God — and if you’ve found your way to this page, I don’t think that’s an accident. Everything you’ll find here flows from one thing: a life given wholly to God, one yes at a time.
A Journey Marked by God
In the early 1990s, when I had no way to pay for my theological studies, God moved someone’s heart. A dear friend paid for my entire Diploma in Theology – every book, every fee. That one act of obedience changed the course of my life.
In 1996, at Spring Harvest, I said yes to God’s call into ministry. Almost immediately, my health was attacked. Mini-strokes left me struggling to walk and speak, and I lost my job. But instead of giving up, I started planning my first missionary journey. People called it “crazy faith.” I call it obedience.
When my memory was damaged, I started writing just to help me remember. But writing soon became my pulpit – and from that pulpit came books, devotionals, and messages that continue to pour out today.
The enemy tried to silence me. But God had other plans.
What My Motto Means
Live Full = Embrace every gift, opportunity, and moment God gives. Don’t just survive – thrive.
Pour Out = Share what’s inside you. Give your gifts, your words, your creativity, your love.
Die Empty = Leave no blessing unused, no calling ignored, no story untold
This is why I write, teach, create, and serve. It’s why you’ll find books, art, and resources here – each one an outpouring of what God has placed in me.
Written From The Journey
Every book on this page came out of real life — the struggles, the breakthroughs, the quiet moments with God. These are not just books. They are pieces of a life poured out.
